Disappointing statistics indicate that more than 20 percent of the offered products on our market is counterfeit, fake.
It is impossible to avoid this; however, you can minimize the losses that you suffer manufacturers focusing on the production of original, high-quality labels. Label – not only a way to advertise goods, having made a brand recognizable, unique, similar marking is capable to tell about a product, having forced the consumer to choose a product, without being assigned to intuition or words of the seller behind a counter.
Clothes, shoes, toys, food... how often do You pay attention to the label? According to the type of information contained on its turn, there are several main types of such "markers": descriptive, recommendatory, warning.
The original, qualitative design of a label is way to increase competitiveness of goods, and also way to help the buyer to make the competent, considered choice for a better and useful product.
Not everyone knows that the information specified on the label, regulated by the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" and should include:
- The actual name of the product;;
- Information on consumer properties;;
- Name of the manufacturer, and the legal person responsible for the product quality claims;;
- Evidence of conformity to standards and certification of goods;;
- Information on the retention and use, references to toxicity or flammability of the goods;;
- Instructions and the necessary security measures.;
The most stringent "markers" are labels placed on food products, these labels not only meet extensive regulatory framework, but also provide additional information on the composition, the weight of the product data used in the production of GMOs, or, conversely, indicate the high quality and environmentally friendly products. Also the labels are marked with special markings indicating special conditions of use of the product, these include the phrase "not recommended for pregnant women", "children", "persons suffering from insomnia," etc.
Product name should contain information about the nature of the product itself, to talk about the sites of production and, of course, be understandable and accessible for the consumer.
In spite of the fact that the design of a label lately stopped being the guarantor of quality and safety of purchase, there are measures capable to speak about originality and high consumer properties of a product. So, a kind of cutting, produced by stamps and cutting machines and available only to reputable manufacturers, absolutely excludes a fake of a product. Special way of protection is also the metal foil which quite often meets on wine and vodka and other types of production, and a bar coding. Such type of protection - is a kind of compromise between increase in prime cost of a product and opportunity to guarantee high quality and safety of use of goods by the consumer.
